FAQs
HOW DO I RSVP?
We are utilizing an online RSVP system (RSVPify)! Please select the ‘RSVP’ button in the upper right hand corner of the navigation bar to begin the process. You will need to enter your name to find your invitation. If invited as part of a couple or family, one guest can RSVP on behalf of the entire group. Please RSVP by July 31.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
The dress code is black tie optional. Think tuxedos, formal suits, and longer dresses. Bear in mind that the ceremony will take place outside in the garden when choosing footwear.
The wedding party will be in black and white, with the groomsmen wearing tuxedos and the bridesmaids in black gowns. Please refrain from wearing colors traditionally reserved for the bride.
WILL THE WEDDING BE OUTDOORS?
The ceremony will take place outside in the gardens at Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum, however, guests are welcome and encouraged to enter through the museum entrance when arriving. There will be a rain plan in place, should there be inclement weather on the day. The reception will be indoors at the Bradley Symphony Center.
IS THERE TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE BETWEEN THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?
Yes! Following the ceremony, there will be shuttles between Villa Terrace and the Bradley Symphony Center. Please see the Schedule section for more detailed information.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
Given the limited parking and multiple event locations, we recommend not driving, if possible, and instead utilizing a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. If you are driving, there will be street parking available near and around Villa Terrace. There are also paid parking lots near the Bradley Symphony Center. Please see the Schedule section for more detailed information.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate those specifically addressed on the invitation. We ask that you only please only bring a plus one if your invitation is explicitly addressed to you and your plus one by name. Thank you for your understanding.
CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?
Although we adore your children, we have decided to limit children to family only. If in doubt, your online invitation will list all invited guests. Thank you for your understanding.
